Deine Aufgaben
The Finance and Operations Assistant will work closely with the Head of UK & Ireland and collaborate with our headquarters in Munich. This role requires strong organisational ability, financial awareness, and a proactive mindset to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
The Finance and Operations assistant will also work closely with the HQ team to ensure that existing client relationships are nurtured and managed effectively and positively with clear demonstrations of value added to both client and rpc.
With a diverse and varied schedule, the successful individual will further assist in ensuring financial growth through the support of proposal writing, project and potential project development whilst also supporting financial control, costings and margins.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and improve office and operational processes across the UK team.
- Manage documentation, filing, and SAP-based project tracking.
- Support reporting through updates to internal tools, dashboards, and flash reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and key external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with HQ Finance and IT to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Oversee daily office operations, logistics, facilities, and act as the main office contact.
- Support onboarding and manage IT equipment allocation in collaboration with HQ IT.
- Manage fleet operations, ensuring policy compliance, accurate mileage reporting, and maintenance coordination.
- Support financial activities including budgeting, expense tracking, forecasting, and reporting to HQ.
- Assist with client and project coordination, proposal preparation, leadership support, and internal communications.

Essential
- Operations, administrative, finance‑assistant, or office‑management experience.
- Client or account management experience.
- Project coordination experience
- Strong financial literacy and financial process experience.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable
- Automotive Industry experience/knowledge
- Retail experience
