Deine Aufgaben

Envisaged as 5 days per week (circa 2 - 3 days per week in office - Farnborough).

Sales Client relationship Management Consulting services within a dynamic team. Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision – ability to “take a project and run with it” is key.

Services required include :

  • Complete end-to-end project management with solid CRM management experience and organizational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas, as well as user training.
  • Salesforce knowledge & ability to do implementations. Familiar with reporting on SF dashboards & gaining insights, with a focus on change management & process enhancement.
  • Process implementation & efficiency with a customer-centric focus. Support the management and completion of JIRA tasks, including project communication and administration. Ability to lead & support User Acceptance Testing, particularly around feature testing & refinement.
  • Flair for people, stakeholder management & Interpersonal relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align, prioritize tasks and projects effectively and escalate when relevant i.e. retailer support both virtually & in person.
  • General team administration requirements i.e. chair meetings & actions follow-up as required. Liaising with local & central market contacts for CRM-related topics.

Dein Profil

Professional experience

5+ years of experience in CRM & project management desired

  • B2B focus project management & coordination
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud essential, not just a regular user but an understanding of technical aspects
  • Experience of data analysis and interrogation within Sales Cloud
  • Experience of report creation within Sales Cloud

Education

  • Bachelor degree preferred 
  • Project management certification a plus

Language skills

  • English (native level C2)

 

  • Valid driving license required
