rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in ten countries with over 400 employees.
Your Tasks
- Durchführung von Trainings im Bereich Aftersales für unsere Kund*innen im Automotive- und Non-Automotive Bereich
- Wissensvermittlung unter Berücksichtigung didaktischer, methodischer und trainingsstrategischer Grundlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Konzepten und Kursmaterialien
- Evaluierung der Trainings
Your Profile
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Aftersales der BMW Group
- Vertrautheit mit Händlerbetrieben der Automobilbranche
- Vorhandene Trainingskompetenz von Vorteil
- Sehr gute methodische und didaktische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft, auch für internationale Projekteinsätze
