rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in ten countries with over 400 employees.
Your Tasks
- Durchführung technischer Trainings im Automotive Bereich
- Wissensvermittlung unter Berücksichtigung didaktischer, methodischer und trainingsstrategischer Grundlagen überwiegend für die Marken BMW und MINI
- Evaluierung von Qualität und Quantität der Trainings
- Ableitung von Maßnahmen für künftige Trainingsaktivitäten
- Sicherstellung der mit dem Kunden vereinbarten Qualität und Ziele nach den Trainings
Your Profile
- Ausbildung zum Kfz-Meister
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in Training und Wissensvermittlung im technischen Umfeld
- Gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Automotive
- Erfahrung mit den Marken BMW und MINI von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Flexibilität
- Idealerweise gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
