Your Tasks

  • Durchführung technischer Trainings im Automotive Bereich
  • Wissensvermittlung unter Berücksichtigung didaktischer, methodischer und trainingsstrategischer Grundlagen überwiegend für die Marken BMW und MINI
  • Evaluierung von Qualität und Quantität der Trainings
  • Ableitung von Maßnahmen für künftige Trainingsaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung der mit dem Kunden vereinbarten Qualität und Ziele nach den Trainings

Your Profile

  • Ausbildung zum Kfz-Meister
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Training und Wissensvermittlung im technischen Umfeld
  • Gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Automotive
  • Erfahrung mit den Marken BMW und MINI von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Flexibilität 
  • Idealerweise gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
