Your Tasks

  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Organisation und Durchführung verschiedener Trainingsformate
  • Administration von Learning Management Systemen, wie der Bereinigung von Lernanfragen, Pflege von Nutzerprofilen und Verwaltung von Lernhistorien
  • Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben wie dem Versand von Einladungen, Erstellung von personalisierten Zertifikaten, Materialbestellungen und Versandkoordination
  • Management von Software-Accounts und iPads für Trainingszwecke
  • Betreuung von Trainingsverantwortlichen und Teilnehmer*innen in einer Service-Hotline
  • Versenden von Reports und Informationen an Kunden, Trainer*innen und Hotels

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, gerne in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit, im Bereich Training, Projektmanagement oder Veranstaltungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Starke schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ordentliche Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Learning Management Systemen (LMS) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
