rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in ten countries with over 400 employees.

Your Tasks

  • Verantwortung für Projekte im Bereich People Empowerment inklusive fachlicher und finanzieller Steuerung
  • Durchführung von Budgetplanungen, Angebotserstellung und Margenverantwortung sowie die Planung von Projektzielen, die Überwachung von Meilensteinen und die Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs
  • Zentrale Kontaktperson für Kund*innen: Abstimmung, Beratung und Sicherstellung von Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Aktive Ressourcensteuerung und Workshop-Durchführung
  • Präsentation von Arbeitsständen und Ergebnissen
  • Vertragsverhandlungen mit externen Partner*innen und Kund*innen
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Rechnungsprüfung externer Partner*innen
  • Sicherstellung der Mitarbeitermotivation und -engagement im Projekt

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Training/Weiterbildung, Projektmanagement oder Veranstaltungen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team, Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägtes Service-, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Organisationsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und Word
