Your Tasks
- Support des Projektteams
- Entwicklung von digitalen Leitfäden unter Verwendung der marktführenden Digital Adoption Tools (WalkMe/ Userlane) zur optimalen User-Begleitung inkl. Integration der Übersetzungen in weitere Sprachen
- Regelmäßige User-Analysen von bestehenden digitalen Leitfäden und bei Bedarf eigenständige Fehlerbehebung / Verbesserung.
- Vorbereitung, Support und Teilnahme bei Kundenterminen
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme bei Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen zur Nutzung der Digital Adoption Tools
Your Profile
- Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Softwareentwicklung, IT-Management-/Verwaltungsinformatik oder ähnliches
- Interesse an den Themen rund um Digitalisierung, Digital Adoption Tools und Solution Building
- Erste Erfahrung mit HTML, CSS und jQuery sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Kundenorientiertes Verhalten und eine akkurate Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
- MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
