Your Tasks
- Proaktive Koordination von Projekten und Accounts im Bereich der konzeptionellen Trainingsentwicklung
- Steuerung von Mitarbeitern in der inhaltlichen sowie methodisch-didaktischen Konzeption von hybriden Trainingsformaten
- Fachliche An- und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern auf Projekten zur korrekten Aufgabendurchführung
- Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation von Projektzielen
- Vorausschauende Steuerung & Planung von Projektressourcen/Kapazitätsplanung
- Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern
- Steuerung der termingerechten Abwicklung von Projektmeilensteinen
- Überblick über das Projektbudget und Erstellung von Angeboten
- Proaktives Stakeholder-Management und Beratung von Kunden
- Sicherstellung eines Qualitätsstandards
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Service-Portfolios
- Unterstützung in der Projektakquise und dem Ausbau des Account-Geschäfts
- Präsentation von Arbeitsständen und Ergebnissen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Praxiserfahrung und Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich der Trainingskonzeption und Projektmanagement
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und überzeugendes Stakeholder Management
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in Teamführung, Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement
- Verständnis für Lerntheorie, pädagogische Prinzipien und moderne Lerntechnologien
- Lösungsorientierung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Themen in der Automobilindustrie und im Retail-Sektor
- Organisationsgeschick, strukturiertes und analytisches Arbeiten, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, selbstsicheres, freundliches und offenes Auftreten
- Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und das Big Picture im Blick zu haben
- Hervorragende MS-Office Kenntnisse erforderlich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
