Your Tasks

  • Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten im Trainingsbereich
  • Konzeption von diversen Trainingsformaten (z.B. F2F, VCT, eLearning)
  • Strukturierung von Materialien zur Ableitung von Qualifizierungsbedarfen & Trainingsinhalten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Einarbeitung in verschiedene Themenbereiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Erfassung und Umsetzung der Anforderungen
  • Präsentation von Arbeitsständen und Ergebnisse mit Projektleiter und Kunden
  • Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern
  • Integration von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Trainings

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Retail, Training/ Weiterbildung oder der Automobil-Industrie
  • Wünschenswert: Erste Praxiserfahrung und Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich der Trainingskonzeption
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Service-, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie selbstsicheres, freundliches und offenes Auftreten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und Word
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
