Your Tasks
Wir suchen einen (Senior) Coach zur Durchführung von Retail-Coaching-Programmen in der BMW-Handelsorganisation.
In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich Aftersales. Du führst Prozess- und Systemcoachings durch, um die Effizienz und Qualität in diesem Bereich zu verbessern. Außerdem analysierst Du betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen sowie bestehende Prozesse und Strukturen, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen. Ein wichtiger Teil Deiner Arbeit ist auch die Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Performance. Dazu gehört die Optimierung der digitalen Customer Journey, um die Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit zu erhöhen.
Der Fokus dieser Tätigkeit liegt in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Händler sowie der Realisierung und der Begleitung von Maßnahmen vor Ort. Als Coach gibst Du Hilfestellung bei der Umsetzung von Veränderung, beispielsweise durch die Durchführung von Workshops. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen der BMW AG und der Handelsorganisation.
Your Profile
Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Coaching, Training oder in der Beratung gesammelt – oder Du hast das Ziel, Dich in der Zukunft als Coach im Handel weiterzuentwickeln. Du solltest ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen mitbringen und bereits Kenntnisse in Prozessen und Systemen im Aftersales-Bereich bei BMW haben. Von Vorteil ist, wenn Du bereits Business Development Centres im Auto-Handel aufgebaut hast.
Als Coach zeichnest Du Dich durch ein sicheres Auftreten, hohe Empathie und eine ausgeprägte Sensibilität im Umgang mit Transformationsprozessen aus. Es ist wichtig, dass Du eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mitbringst und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen bist. Erfahrungen im Automobilhandel runden Dein Profil ab und machen Dich zu einem wertvollen Mitglied unseres Teams.
Die Stelle bringt eine Reisetätigkeit mit sich. Daher kann von ganz Deutschland aus gearbeitet werden.
