Your Tasks
What you will do:
- Invoicing management: gliding through the processes of incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness to harmonize our financial records; in the lead of preparing and creating outgoing invoices with precision, facilitating timely billing and client satisfaction
- Budgeting and forcasting: collaborating with and support our Finance expert and market responsibles, monitoring budgets, forecasts, ensure financial stability and support the Finance expert in strategic foresight
- Client communication: maintaining a refined discourse with clients, supporting Finance expert with providing clarity and assurance regarding invoices
- Contracts and proposals: supporting Finance expert in the composition of financial proposals for new projects; creating contract proposals for third party companies
- Tool optimization: conducting fine-tuning of our financial tools and systems, optimizing efficiency and efficacy to ensure strategic alignment
Your Profile
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as consultant desired in the following areas: Finance & Tax, Project management & coordination, Affinity with automotive is a plus
- System skils: SAP, Microsoft 365 with focus on Excel
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or related
- Dutch/English/French
