Your Tasks

Within rpc UK & IE, we are looking for an Operations and Office manager. Reporting to the Head of rpc UK & IE, the overall focus of the role will be to support the growth and development of the UK & IE market ensuring all office/ business processes are maintained and updated proactively. In addition, liaising with both existing and new clients, prospects as well as suppliers/ partners to support business operational administration, targets and objectives. Ensuring the activities align with the wider rpc company objectives, targets and goals. 

The UK & IE Operations and Office manager will also work closely with the HQ team to ensure that existing client relationships are nurtured and managed effectively and positively with clear demonstrations of value added to both client and rpc.

With a diverse and varied schedule, the successful individual will further assist in ensuring financial growth through the support of proposal writing, project and potential project development whilst also supporting financial control, costings and margins.

Key Accountabilities

  • Effectively manage and maintain all UK & IE office and business processes
  • Financial Control of UK & IE accounts
  • Effective recording and administration of UK & IE projects current and potential
  • Maintain and update UK & IE reporting and analysis tools
  • Liaising with rpc UK suppliers and partners for the purposes of effective and efficient business conduct
  • Account Management
  • Creative support for Tender and Proposals responses
  • Update flash reports for Company visibility
  • On project delivery
  • Ensure alignment with rpc HQ

  • Client management experience

  • Financial literacy including financial control experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Advanced Microsoft abilities including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Outlook skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Project skills
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Project Management Experience
