As part of the application process at rpc - The Retail Performance Company GmbH, we process the personal data you submit to us on the basis of Art. 88 GDPR, § 26 BDSG (new). In particular, this includes first name, surname, address, telephone number and email address as well as documents and information that are important for the selection decision (earliest possible start of employment, letter of application including photo, CV, references, certificates, etc.).
If you have sent us particularly sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR in connection with your application, we will only process this data if this is permitted under data protection law or if you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your application. Your data will be used within rpc - The Retail Performance Company GmbH to search for suitable positions. Only authorised employees have access to your data. If a suitable position is found within rpc - The Retail Performance Company GmbH, your data will be passed on to the relevant personnel areas and departments.
rpc - The Retail Performance Company GmbH uses both technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form to prevent misuse of the data by third parties - SSL encryption is used for this purpose. We endeavour to adapt our security measures in line with technological developments.

Your application data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
The provision of your personal data is necessary to establish the employment contract. Failure to provide this data may mean that the contract cannot be concluded. There is no automated evaluation or decision-making.
We store your data for a period of six months. By updating your personal data, you consent to your profile being used for further recruitment measures within rpc - The Retail Performance Company GmbH. If you do not comply with this request and do not update your profile, your data will be deleted from the system. It will then no longer be possible for rpc - The Retail Performance Company GmbH to access and use your personal data. If the application process has led to the establishment of an employment contract, we will include the application documents in your personnel file.

If the personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you can request the correction or completion of this data (Art. 16 GDPR).
