Your Tasks

  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung und Freigabe von Zeitbuchungen
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen inkl. Aufbereitung von Nachweisen
  • Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses
  • Vorbereitung von Forecasts und Budgetplanungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen
  • Vorbereitung von Angeboten
  • Budgetmanagement von Bestellungen
  • Erstellung von Trainerverträgen
  • Pflege von Daten und Erstellung von Reports im Learning Management System
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren administrativen Tätigkeiten

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Verwaltung)
  • Erste Erfahrungen in administrativen oder unterstützenden Tätigkeiten, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Controlling-Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick und Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, Fristen und Deadlines ein- und nachzuhalten
