Your Tasks

  • Conception and implementation of technical training in the automotive sector; in particular high-voltage applications
  • Knowledge transfer taking into account teaching , methodological and training strategy principles, primarily for the BMW and MINI brands
  • Evaluation of the quality and quantity of training courses
  • Derivation of measures for future training activities
  • Ensuring the quality and objectives agreed with the customer after the training sessions
  • Support in the creation of concepts and course materials

Your Profile

  • Master car mechanic or a comparable specialisation
  • Ideally experience in training and knowledge transfer in a technical environment
  • Good technical knowledge in the automotive sector
  • Experience with the BMW and MINI brands is an advantage
  • Very good teaching skills
  • Strong communication skills and high flexibility
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
  • Ideally proficient in any of the other Nordics languages
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including for international project assignments
  • Based in Norway in the Oslo area
