Your Tasks

  • Conducting training in the area of Sales and Aftersales for our customers mainly within in the automotive but also in the and non-automotive sectors
  • Knowledge transfer while using the latest teaching methods, learning approaches, and training strategies
  • Evaluation of the quality and quantity of training courses
  • Derivation of measures for future training activities
  • Ensuring the quality and objectives agreed with the customer after the training sessions
  • Support in the creation of concepts and course materials

Your Profile

  • Ideally, experience in the Sales and Aftersales area of the BMW Group
  • Familiarity with dealership operations in the automotive industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as trainer
  • Very good methodological and teaching skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Ideally proficient in any of the other Nordics languages
  • Proficient in MS Office and online communications tools such as Adobe Connect
  • Strong communication skills and high flexibility
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including for international project assignments
  • Based in Sweden in the Stockholm Area
