Who we are
rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in twelve countries with over 450 employees.
Your Tasks
- Conducting training in the area of Sales and Aftersales for our customers mainly within in the automotive but also in the and non-automotive sectors
- Knowledge transfer while using the latest teaching methods, learning approaches, and training strategies
- Evaluation of the quality and quantity of training courses
- Derivation of measures for future training activities
- Ensuring the quality and objectives agreed with the customer after the training sessions
- Support in the creation of concepts and course materials
Your Profile
- Ideally, experience in the Sales and Aftersales area of the BMW Group
- Familiarity with dealership operations in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as trainer
- Very good methodological and teaching skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
- Ideally proficient in any of the other Nordics languages
- Proficient in MS Office and online communications tools such as Adobe Connect
- Strong communication skills and high flexibility
- Willingness to travel frequently, including for international project assignments
- Based in Sweden in the Stockholm Area
