Your Tasks
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Forecasting und Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen für die rpc Group
- Vorbereitung von Management-Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Berechnung der unternehmensrelevanten KPIs
- Projektmonitoring, -controlling sowie -reporting
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der internen Finanzprozesse sowie des Financial Reporting und der Auswertungstools
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft oder Finance
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Finanz- oder Controlling-Bereich
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP (ByD) von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
