Your Tasks
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden findest Du heraus, welche Daten sie wirklich brauchen – und wie man sie am besten verfügbar macht
- Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in smarte Excel-Modelle, Reportings und Dashboards
- Mit VBA-Makros automatisierst Du Prozesse, die sonst Stunden dauern würden
- Dabei hast Du ein Auge auf Datenverfügbarkeit, -qualität und Konsistenz und schaffst damit die Grundlage für gute Entscheidungen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten für Analytics, Vertrieb und Management dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden
- Und weil Beratung nie stillsteht, unterstützt Du auch bei Rollouts von Tools, Plattformen und Prozessen im Data & Technology-Umfeld
Your Profile
- Akademischer Abschluss mit technologischer Ausrichtung (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Data Science) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Consulting, Reporting oder Business Analytics
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel (inkl. Pivot, Power Query, Power Pivot) sowie sicherer Umgang in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Grundkenntnisse in SQL oder Reporting-Tools (wie Power BI, Tableau) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Wenn Du dazu noch Programmiersprachen wie Python, R oder Scala/Java kannst ist das ein Vorteil
- Spaß an Daten, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierungen
- Teamplayer mit selbständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Analytische Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
