Your Tasks

  • Du arbeitest aktiv in Veränderungsprojekten und Rollouts mit – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Dabei analysierst Du Prozesse, Strukturen sowie Performance und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kunden ab.
  • Du bringst Dich ebenfalls bei Kommunikations- und Enabling-Strategien sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Change & Enabling-Portfolios ein.
  • Mit Deiner Unterstützung sorgen wir für reibungslose Abläufe zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Projektbeteiligten – sei es durch Testing, Qualitätssicherung und Monitoring des Rollout-Fortschritts oder durch stakeholderübergreifende Kommunikation.
  • Die Vorbereitung von Angebotspräsentationen und das Mitwirken bei der Konzeption von Workshops gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen möglichen Aufgaben.

  • Du bereitest Schulungen vor, erstellst Unterlagen und führst Anwenderschulungen durch.

Your Profile

  • Fachlicher Hintergrund in Psychologie, BWL, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder vergleichbare Richtung
  • Starkes Interesse in Change Management Themen und erste Erfahrungen im Change- und/oder Rollout-Management 
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Präsentationen wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Strategische und analytische Kompetenz
  • Strukturierte, systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Theorie und Praxis erfolgreich zu verbinden
  • Business-Verständnis im Bereich Retail & Automotive wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
