Your Tasks

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to support a major transformation initiative within a premium automotive client’s retail network. This role coordinates a structured rollout and requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable steering multiple workstreams in a dynamic project environment.

The preferred starting date is January 2026, the position is limited to one year with the possibility of extension, and the assignment will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with operational PMO tasks and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinating and maintaining the rollout plan for a large-scale retail transformation project in Jira and Confluence.
  • Tracking progress across workstreams, updating timelines, and following up on deliverables.
  • Organizing and structuring activities across several stakeholder groups to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Planning, scheduling, and leading project-related meetings, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Organizing events and information sessions for the client's retail network and internal staff.
  • Coordinating training activities and acting as a point of contact for the the client's retail network.
  • Handling administrational project tasks and responding to questions around internal processes and tools.
  • Presenting in a professional and confident manner in management-level settings.

You'll join a collaborative team with a mix of experience levels and personalities — an energetic, positive, and dynamic environment that encourages ownership and teamwork.

Your Profile

  • First experience in PMO roles or structured project support.
  • Experience working with ticketing or workflow systems (e.g. project tracking or collaboration platforms) is an advantage.
  • Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in following up with stakeholders.
  • Professional appearance and comfortable engaging in management-level discussions.
  • Strong organizational talent with the ability to bring structure into dynamic, fast-moving workstreams.
  • Proactive, dependable, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; any Nordic language is a plus, but no Swedish is required.
