Your Tasks
- Du planst und setzt architektonische Konzepte für Retail-Stores im Bestand und Neubau um.
- Dabei besuchst Du unsere Kunden vor Ort zur Bestandsaufnahme, Flächenanalyse und Zustandserfassung.
- Auch die Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Gutachten sowie Bewertungen der baulichen und technischen Situation gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du berätst zur architektonischen, funktionalen und wirtschaftlichen Optimierung bestehender Flächen.
- Zusätzlich entwickelst Du Neubau-, Umbau- und Rollout-Pläne auf Basis bestehender Corporate-Design-Guidelines.
- Du bist im enger Abstimmung mit internen Projektteams, externen Architekten, Fachplaner*innen und ausführenden Partner*innen.
- Technische Dokumentationen, Planungsunterlagen und Projektberichte erstellst Du ebenfalls.
- Du nutzt CAD- und Planungssoftware zur Visualisierung, Dokumentation und Datenerfassung.
- Dank Dir wird die Projektkoordination und Qualitätssicherung über verschiedene Projektphasen hinweg unterstützt.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Innenarchitektur oder vergleichbar.
- 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Shopplanung, Retail, Ausbau oder Bauplanung – idealerweise im Beratungs- oder Projektumfeld.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Bestandsaufnahme, Flächenplanung und Planerstellung.
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Tools (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit o. ä.); weitere Planungstools von Vorteil.
- Kompetentes Auftreten, klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Gute Koordinationsfähigkeit und Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie Freunde an der Arbeit vor Ort beim Kunden.
Der Vertrag ist auf zwei Jahre zweckbefristet.
