Your Tasks

  • Du bewertest bestehende Store-Layouts und leitest fundierte Empfehlungen zur visuellen Optimierung ab.
  • Du gestaltest Flächenlayouts, Präsentationsinseln und saisonale Themenflächen mit hoher Markenwirkung.
  • Auch die Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritt über alle Vertriebskanäle gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben (stationär & Omnichannel).
  • Mit der Erstellung von Visual-Guidelines, Playbooks und klare Umsetzungsempfehlungen unterstützt Du lokale Teams.
  • Du koordinierst Anpassungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Design- und Retail-Teams.
  • Dank Dir werden Best-Practice-Beispiele entwickelt und die erfolgreiche Umsetzungen strukturiert und dokumentiert.
  • Du nutzt digitale Tools für Planung, Visualisierung und Reporting (z. B. Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).

Your Profile

  • Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign, Retail Design, Innenarchitektur, Modedesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrungen im Visual Merchandising, idealerweise in einer konzeptionellen oder beratenden Rolle.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Markenführung, Customer Journey und die kommerzielle Wirkung von Flächenkonzepten.
  • Kompetentes Auftreten und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tool für Konzeption, Visualisierung und Reporting (z.B. Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Store-Besuchen, Reviews und Implementierung.

Der Vertrag ist auf zwei Jahre zweckbefristet.
