Your Tasks
Die Position ist befristet bis zum 30.09.2027 im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung. Die Befristung erfolgt gemäß §14 Abs. 1 TzBfG zur Vertretung während der Elternzeit.
Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in täglichen HR‑Fragen.
Du begleitest den gesamten Recruitingprozess – von Active Sourcing über Interviews bis zum Onboarding.
Du erstellst Verträge, Zusatzvereinbarungen und Zeugnisse.
Du pflegst Personalstammdaten und Mitarbeiterunterlagen und stellst die Datenqualität sicher.
Du unterstützt die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung über Personio Payroll.
Du arbeitest aktiv im operativen HR‑Tagesgeschäft mit.
Je nach Neigung und Interesse kannst du an vielseitigen HR-Projekten mitarbeiten.
Your Profile
Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit HR‑Bezug abgeschlossen.
Du bringst (erste) Erfahrung im Personalbereich mit.
Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung mit HR‑Software (idealerweise Personio).
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
Du kommunizierst klar, bist teamorientiert und diskret im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
