Your Tasks
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Forecasts sowie Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen für die rpc Group
- Vorbereitung von Management-Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management
- Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
- Berechnung der unternehmensrelevanten KPIs
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Reports in Excel und Qlik
- Vorantreiben der Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und Tools
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der internen Finanzprozesse sowie des Financial Reportings und der Auswertungstools
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft oder Finance
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Controlling-Bereich
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Excel und VBA‑Makros
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Qlik, Tableau oder Power BI sowie SQL‑Datenabfragen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
