rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in twelve countries with over 450 employees.

Your Tasks

Du gestaltest Learning als integralen Bestandteil von Transformation – mit End‑to‑End‑Ownership von der Idee bis zur Skalierung.

Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Von Vision über Roadmap bis Operating Model gestaltest Du Learning‑Strategien und globale Academy‑Ansätze, die Teams befähigen und messbar wirken.
  • Durch Deine Leitung entstehen skalierbare Strukturen: Du baust Target Operating Models (TOM) für Learning & Enablement inklusive Governance, Rollen und Steuerungslogiken auf.
  • Wirkung sichtbar machen: Du definierst KPIs, Reporting‑Mechaniken und Impact‑Messlogiken (Effectiveness, Adoption, Business Impact) für datenbasierte Entscheidungen.
  • Aus Anforderungen werden Lösungen indem Du Business‑Bedarfe in konkrete, umsetzbare Learning‑ und Enablement‑Ansätze mit klarer Priorisierung übersetzt.
  • Du behältst bei internationalen Rollouts den Überblick, konzipierst und steuerst Enablement‑ und Rollout‑Ansätze in komplexen, globalen Organisationen.
  • Du entwickelst moderne Lernformate (digital, blended, AI‑gestützt; z. B. Performance Support, Learning in the Flow) und ermöglichst Lernen dort, wo es sofort wirkt.
  • Du moderierst Workshops und steuerst vielschichtige Stakeholder‑Landschaften vom Fachbereich bis zum Management mit Fokus auf Alignment.
  • Hypothesen testen, Wirksamkeit messen, Erfolge skalieren: Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch pilotieren, evaluieren und skalieren auf Basis von Daten und Feedback.

Your Profile

  • Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung in L&D, HR, Change oder Transformation – in einer Beratung oder vergleichbaren Inhouse‑Rolle
  • Sicher in der Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten, Workstreams oder Initiativen 
  • Starke Kommunikation und Moderation sowie souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern von Fachbereich bis Management
  • Analytische, strukturierte und zugleich pragmatische Arbeitsweise inkl. Ownership und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Weiterentwicklung von Academies, Enablement‑Programmen oder Learning‑Strukturen
  • Vertraut mit Governance, Operating Models und Steuerungslogiken im L&D‑Kontext
  • Praxis mit digitalen Lernformaten, LMS/LXP und modernen Learning‑Technologien (gern auch AI‑gestützt)
  • Hohes Interesse, Learning als Hebel für Transformation und Organisationsentwicklung zu gestalten
