Your Tasks

Du unterstützt uns bei der Begleitung von Veränderungsprojekten unterschiedlicher Art, von klassischen Rollouts bis hin zu Projekten, in denen AI-Technologien in bestehende Arbeitsweisen integriert werden

  • Du wirkst aktiv in Veränderungsprojekten mit, von der Planung über den Rollout bis zur Stabilisierung im Alltag der Fachbereiche.
  • Du analysierst Prozesse und Strukturen, hilfst dabei, die Perspektive der Fachbereiche zu verstehen, und arbeitest an konkreten Empfehlungen für Einführung, Kommunikation und Befähigung mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Change Stories, Stakeholder-Konzepten, FAQ sowie Nutzungsleitlinien und entwickelst dabei ein Gespür dafür, was Menschen in Veränderungssituationen brauchen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen, erstellst Unterlagen und begleitest Anwenderinnen und Anwender dabei, neue Tools sicher in ihren Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren.
  • Du unterstützt dabei, AI-bezogene Themen zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten, wie z. B. in Form von Nutzungsleitlinien, Praxisbeispielen oder kurzen Einführungsformaten für Fachbereiche.
  • Du unterstützt die Koordination zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Projektteams und behältst gemeinsam mit dem Team den Rollout-Fortschritt im Blick.
  • Du bringst Dich in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden und Formate ein und sammelst dabei praktische Erfahrung, wie strukturierte Changebegleitung in AI-Projekten aussieht.
  • Du verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um AI-Tools und bringst relevante Impulse ins Team ein.

Your Profile

  • Fachlicher Hintergrund in Psychologie, BWL, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder vergleichbarer Richtung
  • Starkes Interesse an Change-Management-Themen und erste Erfahrungen im Change- und/oder Rollout-Management
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit AI im Arbeitskontext (z. B. Einsatz von gängigen AI‑/GenAI‑Tools wie ChatGPT, Copilot, Bard; erste Erfahrungen mit Prompting, Automatisierung kleiner Tasks oder Datenaufbereitung) – Begeisterung, Lernbereitschaft und ein sicherer, verantwortungsvoller Umgang sind uns wichtiger als Tiefe
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Präsentationen
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie sehr gute (mind. C1) Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
