Learning & Development Consultant (m/f/d)

rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in twelve countries with over 450 employees.

We are looking for L&D consultants who support learning from strategy through to implementation. You will develop academy, enablement and learning concepts that empower people, facilitate modern learning and create measurable added value for our clients.

• Analysing client requirements and developing bespoke learning, enablement and academy solutions
• Contributing to the development of learning strategies and modern training concepts for national and international clients
• Designing and implementing innovative learning formats, ranging from digital training and blended learning to AI-supported learning solutions
• Developing learning journeys, curricula and scalable enablement concepts
• Planning and supporting rollouts, as well as assisting with the introduction of new learning programmes
• Preparing and facilitating workshops, and working closely with clients and interdisciplinary project teams
• Translating business requirements into structured learning concepts and actionable measures
• Developing KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate learning and enablement initiatives
• Contributing to the further development of our consultancy portfolio and innovative learning programmes

• A successfully completed degree, e.g. in economics, social sciences, education, psychology, business education or a comparable field
• Initial to several years’ professional experience in a management consultancy or a comparable in-house role with a focus on Learning & Development, Enablement or Talent Development
• Experience in collaborating on or independently managing client projects, workstreams or learning initiatives
• Experience in designing digital learning solutions, learning journeys or academy programmes
• Ideally, knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or similar learning technologies
• An interest in innovative learning methods, AI and the further development of modern learning ecosystems
• Very good command of German and English, and a willingness to travel
