Your Tasks

We are looking for mid-level consultants based in Romania to support and shape projects in Germany and around the world. This is a 100% remote position with low to moderate travel activity.

  • Analyze and assess CRM‑related processes and data (incl. metadata) and derive clear requirements for business and IT stakeholders
  • Capture, structure, and prioritize business requirements, including alignment with business departments and external partners
  • Create and maintain Confluence documentation and write detailed Jira stories
  • Structure and maintain the backlog, including story writing and story splitting
  • Ensure documentation and quality assurance
    • Jira maintenance
    • Confluence documentation
    • Version control
    • Preparation of reviews and quality gates
  • Provide functional support during testing (test design, test coordination, evaluation of results) to ensure functional quality from a business perspective
  • Prepare structured management and project presentations and support the development of actionable roadmaps
  • Design and enhance reporting logic and KPIs to monitor usage, quality, and maturity levels
  • Support the establishment of governance structures (e.g., roles/permissions models, data‑related guidelines)
  • Contribute to PMO‑related tasks in international projects, such as preparation of decision frameworks, evaluation matrices, and project methodologies

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field
  • Approx. 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or a professional services environment with a focus on business analysis
  • Confident handling of Jira, Confluence, and common agile methodologies
  • Proven experience working at the interface between business and IT – you translate business needs into structured, actionable solution concepts
  • Experience or strong interest in requirements engineering, functional testing, and business‑driven quality assurance
  • Basic understanding of data and reporting structures in CRM or digital system landscapes
  • Experience from the automotive industry are advantageous
  • Foundational understanding of AI and high interest in data‑ and AI‑driven business use cases
  • Strong analytical and conceptual mindset with enthusiasm for stakeholder‑centric work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English mandatory; German language skills are a strong advantage
