Your Tasks

  • Du leitest anspruchsvolle Data- und AI-Projekte – von Datenstrategie und Governance über explorative Analysen und skalierbare Datenaufbereitung bis zur Produktivsetzung robuster ML-/GenAI-Modelle und MLOps
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden zu Advanced-Analytics- und AI-Use-Cases, bewertest Datenpotenziale, Machbarkeit und Business Impact und begleitest die Roadmap von PoC bis Roll-out
  • Dabei stellst Datenqualität und Verfügbarkeit über Pipelines, Monitoring und Standards sicher und etablierst Best Practices für Reliability, Security und Dokumentation
  • Du analysierst, modellierst, visualisierst und interpretierst komplexe Datenbestände mit modernen Methoden (u. a. Zeitreihen, statistische Tests, Feature Engineering, LLM-/Embedding-Ansätze) und führst Code-Reviews
  • Du verknüpfst Business- und IT-Perspektiven, übersetzt Anforderungen in tragfähige analytische Konzepte und Architekturen und orchestrierst funktionsübergreifende Teams entlang agiler Delivery
  • Du steuerst Rollouts von Tools, Daten- und AI-Plattformen sowie Prozessen im Data & Technology-Umfeld und treibst Skalierung in Cloud- und SaaS-Ökosystemen voran
  • Außerdem automatisierst Du Daten- und Reportingprozesse mit Python/SQL (ggf. R) und setzt effiziente Workflows auf; einfache Office-Automatisierungen ersetzt Du durch robuste Services
  • Du evaluierst und industrialisierst ML-/AI-Ansätze dort, wo sie Wert stiften, inkl. Experiment-Design, A/B-Tests, Modellüberwachung und Lifecycle-Management
  • Du führst und coachst Teammitglieder fachlich, baust Kollaborationen auf und präsentierst Ergebnisse klar, adressatengerecht und wirkungsorientiert

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Angewandte Mathematik/Statistik) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung nach dem Studium im Data/AI-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Beratungserfahrung/ oder in Software-/plattformnahen Rollen
  • Tiefe methodische Kenntnisse in statistischer Analyse, Zeitreihen, Machine Learning und EDA; plus Erfahrung mit GenAI/LLMs oder Recommender-/Forecasting-Use-Cases
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und gängigen Libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, ggf. PyTorch/TensorFlow), sichere SQL-Praxis; R von Vorteil
  • Routine in Datenaufbereitung, Pipeline-Bau und Qualitätssicherung; Erfahrung mit Data Governance, Versionierung, Tests, Observability und reproduzierbarer Forschung
  • Erfahrung in agiler Produktentwicklung; Fähigkeit, Business-Anforderungen in technische Umsetzungen zu übersetzen und priorisiert zu liefern
  • Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit E‑Commerce/MarTech, skalierbaren SaaS-/Plattform-Setups und Cloud-Services
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, analytisches Denken und kundenorientiertes Auftreten; sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sichere (mind. C1) Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
