Your Tasks

Deine Mission
Du entwickelst für unsere Kunden datengetriebene Lösungen mit messbarem Business‑Impact. Von der Hypothese über EDA und Modellierung bis zur produktiven Nutzung verantwortest Du den Data‑Science‑Kern mit AI‑Schwerpunkt (inkl. GenAI/LLM dort, wo es Mehrwert stiftet). Du führst Projekte, steuerst Stakeholder und arbeitest eng mit Software Engineers zusammen, um Modelle stabil, sicher und nutzerzentriert in Produkte und Prozesse zu bringen.

Deine Aufgaben – Data Science, Beratung & AI‑Ausrichtung

  • Data Strategy & Business Analytics
    • Use‑Case‑Scoping entlang der Customer Journey (Marketing, Sales, After‑Sales): Machbarkeit, Risiko, ROI
    • KPI‑Frameworks definieren (z. B. Conversion, CLV, NPS, Time‑to‑Resolution) und Wirkung messbar machen
  • AI‑Modellierung und GenAI‑Anwendungen
    • Entwicklung praxistauglicher ML‑Modelle (z. B. Propensity, Churn, Forecasting, Recommender) mit sauberem Feature Engineering
    • GenAI/LLM dort einsetzen, wo sinnvoll: Wissenszugriff, Textzusammenfassung, Antwortassistenz, Klassifikation/Extraktion
    • Evaluierung mit Fokus auf Genauigkeit, Robustheit, Fairness sowie Kosten‑/Latenz‑Trade‑offs; Guardrails und Halluzinationskontrollen berücksichtigen
  • Experimentdesign & Evaluierung
    • Offline‑/Online‑Metriken, A/B‑Tests, Baselines, Power‑Analysen und Stoppkriterien; Ergebnisse in klare Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen
  • Visualization & Reporting
    • Explorations‑Dashboards, Entscheidungs‑Storylines, Model Cards; adressatengerechte Kommunikation für Fachbereich, Management und IT
  • Schnittstelle zu Software Development
    • Saubere Handover‑Pakete: APIs, Modellartefakte, Tests, Dokumentation; enge Abstimmung zur Integration in Services/Plattformen
    • Qualität gemeinsam sichern: Versionierung, Testbarkeit, Observability, Security‑Standard
  • IT Project Management
    • End‑to‑end Projektverantwortung: Backlog‑Priorisierung, Meilensteine, Risiken/Abhängigkeiten, Budget und Statusreports
    • Agile Delivery (Scrum/Kanban): Planung, Reviews, Retros; klare, transparente Kommunikation
  • Data Engineering & IT System/KI‑Tool Rollout (kooperativ)
    • Anforderungen an Datenquellen/Pipelines formulieren, Datenqualität sichern
    • KI‑(Tool)‑Rollouts begleiten: Use‑Case‑Fit, Datenschutz/Security, Training & Enablement, Erfolgsmessung

Your Profile

  • Studium in Data Science, Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Data/AI‑Umfeld, idealerweise mit Beratungserfahrung bzw. in plattformnahen Rollen
  • Tiefe methodische Kenntnisse in statistischer Analyse, Zeitreihen, Machine Learning und EDA; Erfahrung mit GenAI/LLMs oder Recommender‑/Forecasting‑Use Cases
  • Sehr gute Python‑Skills (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn; ideal: PyTorch/TensorFlow) und sichere SQL‑Praxis; R von Vorteil
  • Routine in Datenaufbereitung, Qualitätssicherung, Versionierung, Tests, Observability und reproduzierbarer Forschung
  • Erfahrung in agiler Produktentwicklung; stark im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Software Engineers und Fachbereichen
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, analytisches Denken und kundenorientiertes Auftreten; sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit E‑Commerce/MarTech, skalierbaren SaaS-/Plattform‑Setups und Cloud‑Services
  • Sichere (mind. C1) Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
