Your Tasks

We are looking for a junior to mid-level architect based in Romania to support projects in Germany. This is a 100% remote position with low to moderate travel activity.

  • Development and optimization of floor plan concepts and drawings for car dealerships (new construction, renovation, redesign of existing locations)
  • Furniture and fit-out planning in accordance with brand-specific guidelines (particularly interior and outdoor corporate standards)
  • Integration of operational process requirements (customer flow paths, sales, service, repair shop, parts department) into spatial and functional planning
  • Preparation and submission of planning documents, including tracking of requirements, change requests, and approval cycles through to final sign-off
  • Presentation and coordination of planning progress directly with business owners, management, and other decision-makers

Your Profile

  • Speaking English (C1) and German is a must (B2)
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 1–3 years of practical experience in floor plan and/or furniture design; experience in the automotive dealership, retail, or commercial construction sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in CAD software as well as common presentation and planning tools
  • Ability to independently familiarize oneself with complex brand and construction standards and consistently apply them in the planning process
  • Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers to clearly explain plans
  • Basic understanding of car dealership operations (sales, service, repair shop) or a proven willingness to learn and quickly master these processes
