Your Tasks

We are looking for a Project Assistant (all genders) based in Romania to support projects in Germany. This is a 100% remote position with low travel activity:

  • Supporting partners and service leads in project management
  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks as an all-around support specialist, such as managing documents and data, coordinating travel, and maintaining professional correspondence with our clients
  • Creating and maintaining client orders and projects in SAP Business ByDesign- Project monitoring and controlling
  • Assisting with the preparation of proposals, invoices, and forecasts
  • Collaborating with the Controlling department
  • Organizing internal and external (client) events as well as regular meetings

Your Profile

  • Relevant degree or training
  • Practical experience in project management, project controlling, or an assistant role is desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign are a plus
  • A structured, meticulous, and self-directed work style
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Good German and very good English skills
