rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in twelve countries with over 450 employees.

Your Tasks

  • Support des Projektteams und Übernahme einzelner Projektaufgaben
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Reports
  • Anfertigung von Strategie- und Management Präsentationen
  • Durchführung von Benchmark-Analysen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Multiprojektplanung und -steuerung
  • Operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

Your Profile

  • Studium im Bereich BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative 
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint und Word)
  • Begeisterung für Automotive und Retail
  • Gerne erste Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Prozessoptimierung und Beratung
