Your Tasks
- Gestalte die Customer Experience aktiv mit: Arbeite an strategischen Projekten, die das Kundenerlebnis in den Mittelpunkt stellen.
- Entwickle smarte Lösungen: Erarbeite Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung von Kundenerwartungen, -zufriedenheit und -loyalität über alle Touchpoints und Kanäle hinweg.
- Blicke nach vorn: Analysiere aktuelle Trends und bringe deine Expertise ein, um Thought Leadership in deinem Themenbereich zu stärken.
- Konzipiere und entscheide: Erstelle überzeugende Konzepte und Entscheidungsvorlagen für unsere Kund*innen.
- Berate mit Impact: Unterstütze Kund*innen bei der Optimierung ihrer Sales-Funnel-Steuerung und begleite sie bei der Einführung kundenzentrierter Veränderungen.
- Gestalte Zusammenarbeit: Plane Meetings und moderiere Workshops, die inspirieren und Ergebnisse liefern.
Your Profile
- Erfahrung zählt: Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Customer-Experience-Umfeld.
- CX-Expertise: Erste Kenntnisse in Touchpoint-Analysen, Bewertungen sowie in der Gestaltung von CX-Prozessen und Organisationen.
- Methodenkompetenz: Vertraut mit Strategiemethoden wie Business Model Canvas und Value Proposition Design sowie CX-Methoden wie Design Thinking, Personas und Customer Journeys.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Beratungskompetenz.
- Projekt-Know-how: Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung und ein strukturiertes, analytisches und konzeptionelles Arbeiten.
- People Skills: Hohe Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Mindset: Spaß an der Kombination aus kundenzentriertem Denken, strategischer Analyse und Umsetzungsorientierung.
