Your Tasks

  • Mitarbeit an Strategieprojekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Customer Experience
  • Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Kundenerwartung, -zufriedenheit und -loyalität über Touchpoints und Kanäle hinweg
  • Analyse von Trends und Beitrag zu Thought Leadership in Ihrem Themenbereich
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Beratung der Kund*innen hinsichtlich einer optimierten Sales-Funnel-Steuerung
  • Begleitung der Kund*innen bei der Einführung von kundenzentrierten Veränderungen
  • Meeting-Gestaltung und Workshop-Moderation

Your Profile

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im CX-Umfeld 
  • Erste Erfahrung mit CX-Touchpoint-Analysen und -Bewertungen sowie der CX-Prozess- und Organisationsgestaltung
  • Kenntnis von Strategiemethoden (i.e. Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design) und CX-Methoden (Design Thinking, Arbeit mit Personas, Customer Journeys, etc.)
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Beratungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der (Teil-) Projektleitung
  • Hohes Maß an People Skills
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Einen strukturierten Arbeitsstil und das Talent analytisch und konzeptionell zu arbeiten
  • Spaß an der Kombination aus kundenzentriertem Denken, strategischer Analyse und Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
