Your Tasks

  • Unterstützung unserer Projektleitung bei der Beratung unserer Kund*innen in den Bereichen Strategie- und Geschäftsmodellentwicklung, Customer Experience und Operational Transformation
  • Mithilfe bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von (Omnichannel-)Vertriebsstrategien
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Workflows
  • Datenerhebung, -aufbereitung und -analyse, Durchführung von Benchmarks
  • Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kund*innen-Workshops, etwa durch Erstellung von Präsentationen oder Entwicklung von Schulungs- und Nachfolgeplanungskonzepten
  • Teilprojektverantwortung
  • Unterstützung im Business Development und operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Support des Projektteams und Übernahme einzelner Projektaufgaben im Data Analytics Umfeld
  • Research, Konsolidierung und Aufbereitung von Informationen
  • Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Support bei internen und externen Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen

Your Profile

  • Sehr guter Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder in einem Industrieunternehmen mit Retail-Fokus
  • Zusätzliches Plus bei Erfahrung im Autohaus
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Strukturierte, systematische und akkurate Arbeitsweise 
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude am Kommunizieren
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (v.a. Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
