Your Tasks

  • Mitarbeit im internen IT-Support für weltweit zwölf Standorte aus unserer Zentrale in München
  • Administration und Support unserer internen Systeme, hauptsächlich JAMF (Mobile Device Management) und Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive und SharePoint) 
  • Beschaffung, Bereitstellung, Verwaltung und Wartung unserer (mobilen) Endgeräte (Macs, iPhones, iPads)
  • Mitarbeit bei unseren internen IT-Projekten und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Teilprojekten und Arbeitspaketen
  • Beratung und Schulung unserer Mitarbeiter

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Netzwerkumgebung, MDM-Lösungen sowie im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (Apple, Microsoft)
  • Programmier- und Skriptkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Asset Management, insbesondere in den Bereichen Einkauf, Inventarisierung, Deployment, Wartung und Leasingabwicklung, ist wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit, Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Aufgaben, Projekte (inkl. deren Umsetzung) zu übernehmen 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil


Angaben zum Bruttojahresgehalt

50.000,- bis 60.000,- EUR inklusive ca. 10 % Bonusanteil. Die vergleichsweise breite Gehaltsspanne spiegelt unsere Offenheit gegenüber Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten unterschiedlicher Erfahrungslevel wider: von Potentialträgern bis hin zu sehr erfahrenen Führungspersönlichkeiten. Maßgeblich für die konkrete Einordnung ist dabei, in welchem Umfang die bisherige Berufserfahrung, die Verantwortungsbreite sowie die fachliche Tiefe den Anforderungen der Position entsprechen. Gehälter im oberen Bereich der Spanne sind Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten vorbehalten, die die Anforderungen in besonderem Maße erfüllen und über eine entsprechend langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung verfügen.
