Your Tasks

  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen entlang der kompletten Change Journey, von der Analyse über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung und Evaluierung
  • (Agiles) Multi-Projektmanagement, um sicherzustellen, dass verschiedene Veränderungsprojekte effizient koordiniert und durchgeführt werden
  • Anleiten von KollegInnen, um deren Fähigkeiten im Bereich Change Management zu entwickeln und zu stärken
  • Durchführung von Stakeholderanalysen, um die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen aller Beteiligten in Veränderungsprozessen zu verstehen und zu berücksichtigen
  • Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Kommunikationskonzepten auf Basis von Bedarfsanalysen, um eine erfolgreiche interne und externe Kommunikation während des Veränderungsprozesses sicherzustellen
  • Durchführung von Workshops (z. B. Visions-Workshops, Team-Workshops) zur Förderung des Verständnisses, der Zusammenarbeit und des Engagements innerhalb einer Organisation

Your Profile

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Veränderungsprojekten, idealerweise in einer Beratungsrolle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im (agilen) Change Management
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und im Multi-Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Organisationsentwicklung, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
