Your Tasks

  • Betreuung von Trainingsverantwortlichen und Teilnehmenden per E-Mail und Telefon als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Fragen und Anliegen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Planung und Koordination verschiedener Trainingsformate 
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Versand von Einladungen, Erstellung personalisierter Zertifikate, Materialbestellungen und Versandkoordination
  • Management von Software-Accounts und iPads für Trainingszwecke
  • Administration von Learning Management Systemen (LMS): Pflege von Nutzerprofilen, Bereinigung von Lernanfragen und Verwaltung von Lernhistorien
  • Versand von Reports und Informationen an Kunden, Trainer*innen und Hotels 

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Kundenservice, Training, Projektmanagement oder Veranstaltungsorganisation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit - schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und hohe Kundenorientierung 
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Learning Management Systemen (LMS) von Vorteil
