Your Tasks
Als Motion Designer und Visual Storyteller bist du unser kreativer Motor für alles, was sich bewegt – und darüber hinaus.
Du bringst Story, Design und Bewegung zusammen, denkst konzeptionell mit und übernimmst bei Bedarf Verantwortung in der Projektsteuerung.
Ob 2D, 3D oder Mixed Media: Du findest Wege, komplexe Themen verständlich, visuell stark und emotional greifbar zu machen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen dabei vor allem:
- Konzeption, Design und Animation von Motion Content für Automotive- und Learning-Projekte
- Unterstützung in der inhaltlichen und visuellen Konzeption von Lern- und Kommunikationslösungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Projektplanung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung im Team
- Entwicklung von Storyboard, Look & Feel und Animatic
- Gestaltung von Erklärfilmen, Brandmotion, Social Motion oder interaktiven Lerninhalten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Konzeptteam, unseren Trainerinnen und Trainern sowie den Kundenteams
- Kreativer Input bei Pitches und visuellen Konzeptentwicklungen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations- oder Grafikdesign oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im Bereich Motion Design oder Animation
- Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal o. Ä. ist ein Plus)
- Gespür für Storytelling, Timing, Typografie und Komposition
- Erfahrung in Konzeptentwicklung und grundlegender Projektsteuerung wünschenswert
- Offenheit für neue Tools, Formate und Medien (AI, Realtime, Compositing etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Mitgestalten
