Your Tasks
- Du nimmst fachliche und technische Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern auf, strukturierst sie und übersetzt diese in umsetzbare Konzepte.
- Auch bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-, Daten- und Software-Lösungen unterstützt Du mit.
- Du wirkst in Testing-Phasen mit (Testkonzepte, Testfälle, Abnahmen, Qualitätssicherung) und stellst sicher, dass Lösungen fachlich und technisch passen.
- Dabei bewegst Du Dich im Umfeld von Data Engineering, Reporting, Analytics oder Software-Projekten – je nach Projektfokus.
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Projektmanagement, z. B. Koordination, Abstimmung und Dokumentation.
- Als Teil der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, Entwicklung und Management unterstützt Du auch im Business Development:
- Erstellung von Angeboten
- Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen & Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Mitwirkung bei Pitches & Kundenworkshops
- Du begleitest Rollouts von Tools, Plattformen und Prozessen im IT- und Technologieumfeld.
Your Profile
- Akademischer Abschluss mit technologischer Ausrichtung (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Data Science) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2-3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung nach dem Studium im Bereich IT oder Managementberatung, idealerweise im Umfeld der Big 4
- Erfahrung in einem oder mehrerer der folgenden Bereiche:
- Requirements Engineering
- IT- oder Software-Projekte
- Testing & Qualitätssicherung
- Data / Reporting / Analytics
- Solides technisches Grundverständnis (z. B. Datenbanken, Schnittstellen, IT-Architekturen)
- Wenn Du dazu noch Programmiersprachen wie Python, R oder Scala/Java kannst ist das ein Vorteil
- Teamplayer mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- Analytische Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, proaktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
