Your Tasks
Wir suchen L&D-Berater:innen, die Learning von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung begleiten. Du entwickelst Academy-, Enablement- und Learning-Konzepte, die Menschen befähigen, modernes Lernen ermöglichen und einen messbaren Mehrwert für unsere Kunden schaffen.
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung passgenauer Learning-, Enablement- und Academy-Lösungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Learning-Strategien und modernen Qualifizierungskonzepten für nationale und internationale Kunden
- Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer Lernformate, von digitalen Trainings über Blended Learning bis hin zu AI-gestützten Learning-Lösungen
- Entwicklung von Learning Journeys, Curricula und skalierbaren Enablement-Konzepten
- Planung und Begleitung von Rollouts sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Learning-Angebote
- Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in strukturierte Learning-Konzepte und umsetzbare Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung von KPIs und Erfolgsmessungen zur Bewertung von Learning- und Enablement-Maßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios und innovativer Learning-Angebote
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Bildungswissenschaften, Psychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Managementberatung oder einer vergleichbaren Inhouse-Funktion mit Schwerpunkt Learning & Development, Enablement oder Talent Development
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder eigenständigen Steuerung von Kundenprojekten, Workstreams oder Learning-Initiativen
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption digitaler Lernangebote, Learning Journeys oder Academy-Programme
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Learning Management Systemen (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) oder vergleichbaren Learning-Technologien
- Interesse an innovativen Lernmethoden, AI und der Weiterentwicklung moderner Learning-Ökosysteme
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
